Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga School in Goa, India

There is no greater good without inner goodness. Goodness in one’s thoughts, diet, routine, habits, approach, speech, and actions leads to a good life. Society and the world will veer towards goodness, only when an individual enjoys the goodness of mental and physical health. But then how does one tap into the goodness within? The answer lies in an ancient Indian practice that is a panacea to modern lifestyle-related issues – Yoga. Rooted in tradition, but based on reality, Satvan Yoga guides you to tap into your own goodness and empowers you to face any challenges that life throws at you. Hence Satvan Yoga is ‘a union with integrity.’

Satvan Yoga Teacher Training School India has a  team of dedicated and experienced yoga teachers and wellness experts,  who have been studying, practicing and sharing their yogic knowledge with students and seekers for many years. Our teachers have studied under various teachers and masters and come from varying yogic backgrounds and disciplines like Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga. Our teachers have exposure to various aspects of the subjects that are required for us to be able to teach the subject of Yoga, like Physiotherapy, Science and Consciousness, Vedas, Yoga Sutras, Anatomy and Physiology, Therapeutic practices, etc. The teachers of Satvan Yoga are able to share a variety of techniques which are helping people to look at Yoga as a lifestyle. At Satvan Yoga Goa, India we have various  teacher training courses, nature yoga & ayurveda retreats, workshops & wellness events,  and also regular asana classes to cater to a wide range of population with specific interests and requirements.

While you might have explored Yoga to address an ailment or cure or to cope with mental issues or any such reasons, you will surely find a solution towards the end of the sessions, provided you immerse yourself in the experience called Satvan Yoga. Just as one needs to charge a mobile phone regularly, one also needs to charge oneself with the process of Satvan Yoga. And that is because, goodness is not just a moral goal to be achieved, but the very essence of one’s being.

After over 14 years in the Media industry, Preet joined for a 21-day introduction course, and he loved it right away. The main reason for him to join a Yoga program was to improve his physical health which had taken a toll due to extended sitting hours on the desk. The day he finished the 21-day experiential program, he knew he wanted to pursue a teacher training program. He pursued it formally and finished the 1 Month TTC(200 Hours). He then discovered how much more there was to yoga than just its physical aspect. His search continued for more knowledge which led him to pursue the advanced 7 months TTC(900 Hours). As he studied the subject more, he realized that Yoga philosophy and his own thoughts had many things in common and he decided to continue studying the subject. He really enjoyed the process of learning. He made a decision to learn the art and science of Yoga and to teach the same to others. He finally quit his other work and decided to make Yoga teaching a full time career. Since 2015 he has spent most of his time teaching and Sharing the benefits of the ancient science of Yoga.
